With Chris Robinson, Julie Gregg, Rachel Roberts, Charlie Aiken, Mary Ellen McKeon, John Ashton, John Kaufmann. While studying the behavior of birds on one of the western Florida island wetlands in the Gulf of Mexico, the Wild family encounters hunters and an island recluse. Pilot for a series.

With Ray Charles. Televised concert special featuring the musical stylings of Barry Manilow along with special guest Ray Charles. Manilow's mother Edna also appears. Manilow performs "Beautiful Music," and then talks about music's positive effect on his overall life, sings "Daybreak," accompanied by a group of children, a group of senior citizens, and finally by a group of animals. Charles sings Manilow's "One Of These Days," and Manilow then joins him for "It's A Miracle". In a sketch, Manilow portrays an awkward wedding guest who meets an equally shy young woman, and though they both admit to being uncomfortable in relationships, sparks fly between them and they dance to "All the Time".
