Highlights of the vivid look at the practices throughout the country that have contributed to this decline in births are a visit to a "contraceptive boutique" in Chapel Hill, N.C; an abortion being performed in a Los Angeles hospital; a sex education class at Yale University; a vasectomy operation in Chicago; family planning projects at work in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La.; and a party at the home of Ellen Peck, author of "The Baby Trap". Joseph Campanella hosts.
