Kramer completed 21 of 34 passes for 297 yards. San Francisco took a 22-21 lead late in the game on Lenvil Elliott's four-yard touchdown run. Kramer then took the Vikings 56 yards in nine plays for the winning score. Rashad finished with seven receptions for 152 yards.
