NFL game summary for 12/17/1977:

Billy Kilmer threw two touchdown passes and Calvin Hill rushed for 89 yards to lead the Redskins past the playoff-bound Rams. The Redskins' defense bottled up Los Angeles until the fourth period, permitting the Rams no deeper penetration than the Redskins' 38.
