Britt Burns and Ed Farmer combined on a five-hitter as the White Sox snapped a six-game losing streak by shading the Angels, 2-1. The White Sox scored in the second inning on a bases-loaded walk to Greg Pryor and again in the fourth when Bruce Kimm doubled, reached third on a sacrifice and registered on a single by Thad Bosley.
