Firing his second shutout in three starts this season, Ken Forsch limited the Dodgers to five hits to key the Astros' 4-0 triumph. It was Forsch's third straight victory and his fourth shutout in his last six starts since he was placed in the starting rotation late last season.

The Astros pushed across two runs in their first turn at bat on a walk to Terry Puhl, triple by Jeff Leonard and single by Jose Cruz. RBI singles by Enos Cabell and Rafael Landestoy produced the final two runs in the eighth. [The Sporting News]
