The Dodgers picked up a run on a single by Baker in the fourth, added another on a sacrifice fly by Reggie Smith in the eighth and tied the score in the ninth when Ron Cey singled, Baker sacrificed and Joe Ferguson singled to drive in pinch-runner Vic Davalillo.
