Jeff Burroughs, Willie Montanez and Brian Asselstine each drove in two runs to lead the Braves to a 9-8 victory over the Dodgers. Burroughs slugged his 40th homer in the sixth to go with a double and sacrifice fly, while Montanez drove in a pair of tallies on a double and two singles. Asselstine socked a pinch-hit homer in the fifth with Barry Bonnell aboard on a single to plate the Braves' first two runs. [The Sporting News]
