Bill Robinson's three-run homer in the bottom of the eighth was the difference as the Pirates clipped the Braves, 6-3. Robinson connected after Phil Garner was hit by a pitch and Bobby Tolan singled. The Bucs had tied the score with a pair in the seventh on Robinson's double, an infield out, triple by Omar Moreno and Duffy Dyer's single.
