Tony Perez hit a triple and double against his former teammates, driving in four runs, to pace the Expos' 6-4 victory over the Reds. The Expos jumped off with three runs in the first inning on a single by Dave Cash, pass to Chris Speier, Perez' triple and a single by Warren Cromartie. Another three-run burst followed in the fifth on singles by Cash and Speier and doubles by Ellis Valentine and Perez. Dave Concepcion and Pete Rose hit homers for the Reds.
