Ron Cey started the Dodgers' scoring with a two-run homer in the first inning and Steve Garvey capped it with a two-run blow in the seventh to beat the Phillies, 6-4, and give Don Sutton his sixth straight victory. Steve Yeager, who hit three doubles, scored one run and batted in another between Dodger homers. The Phils had a round-tripper by Jay Johnstone. [The Sporting News]
