Homers by Roy Smalley, Lyman Bostock and Butch Wynegar accounted for all of the Twins' scoring in a 4-1 victory over the Rangers. Smalley led off the game with his round-tripper. After the Rangers tied the score, Smalley singled in the eighth and Bostock, who had struck out three straight times, followed with his homer off Bert Blyleven.
