Ron LeFlore extended his hitting streak to 25 games with four singles in pacing the Tigers to a 10-6 win over the Orioles. Detroit snapped their losing skein at six games with a six-run eighth, pounding four Baltimore pitchers for 17 hits. The Orioles wasted homers by Reggie Jackson, Bobby Grich and Lee May.
