Ken Holtzman continued his mastery of Minnesota, defeating the Twins for the sixth straight time, as the Athletics breezed to a 7-1 victory. The A's supported their southpaw with a two-run double by Phil Garner, two-run single by Ray Fosse and two-run double by Bert Campaneris.
