A two-run homer by Bob Robertson in the eighth inning sent the Pirates on their way to a 5-2 victory over the Cubs. Robertson's blow followed a single by Roberto Clemente and wiped out the Cubs' 2-1 lead. The Pirates added two more runs before the inning was over with the aid of three singles.
