Tom Kelley pitched a four-hitter and gained his first N. L. victory when the Braves defeated the Expos, 4-1. Kelley's start was his first in the majors since pitching for the Indians in 1966. The Braves jumped off with three runs in the first inning, two scoring on a single by Sonny Jackson, and added their final marker on a homer by Hank Aaron in the sixth. [The Sporting News]
