Series set during the American Revolution about the activites of three young members of the Yankee Doodle Society, a secret organization that fights the British with sabotage, propaganda and espionage. While covering the retreat of the Continental Army, Jeremy, Isak and Henry encounter and help wounded General Lafayette and his aide.

September 27, 1970: The Ring Of Freedom
Season 1, episode 2

With Will Geer (Mayor Larkin), Larry Linville (Reverend Wells).
Young patriots Jeremy, Izak and Henry lead a plan to recover the Liberty Bell from the British before they can melt it down for cannon.

October 4, 1970: The Blood Of An Englishman
Season 1, episode 3

With John Colicos (Col. John Steele), Tom Troupe (Capt. Philip Steele), Brad Davis (Joshua).
Jeremy infiltrates a British camp to kidnap a doctor to treat Izak, wounded in an attack on the same encampment.

October 11, 1970: To Hang A Hero

The hangman's rope awaits Izak when he is captured during an attempt by the trio of patriots to contact Nathan Hale in occupied New York City.

October 18, 1970: Fort Hope

Jeremy and Isak provoke the British into throwing them in the prison where an American agent is held.

October 25, 1970: Suicide Squad

Learning that British soldiers in Continental Army uniforms have slipped through American lines on a mission to assassinate General Washington, the young rebels try to find the infiltrators before they can reach Valley Forge.

November 1, 1970: Alias Ben Todd

Posing as a British agent in a scheme to deliver false information, Jeremy faces exposure and possible death when one of the real spies escapes from Lafayette's camp.

November 8, 1970: The Hostages

Jeremy and Elizabeth find themselves among 10 hostages who are threatened with hanging unless someone reveals the identity of Capt. Yankee Doodle.

November 15, 1970: Age Of Independence

A scheme to destroy British supplies backfires when a man-made landslide traps the Yankee Doodlers in a cave with four Tory soldiers.
